what type of leaderships positions have you held in the past?

This is going to be my 3rd year cheerleading in highschool and are now running for captain but im having a little trouble answering this question. i havent really had any leadership positions in the past. the only thing i can remember is when i was in middle school and my friends and i tried out for a lyp-sync. i sort led them through the dance. i taught them the dance moves. would that be considered a ledership position???

For competitive lypsync team or group leader group choreographer and management jobs during my leadership positions so in the team in your middle school sounds like more than it knocked at first it sounded like you actually were the team in your middle.
